My wife and daughter gifted me with a Rohun session with Debra Susan Antin , AKA Meshoogie. While I'm still not sure exactly what Rohun is, I can tell you that I left my session with positive feelings of accomplishment. Meshoogie took me on an informative tour of my life, with numerous stops for enlightenment along the way. Hello Debbie. You have been a blessing to me in many ways. Thank you. I am sure that you are aware of President (Clinton's) plan to give spiritual groups funding to help in their cause. I thought that you might be eligible for funding. I think that funding should be given to a variety of treatments. Then the government can analyze which one has made more of an impact. I'll be glad to tell them. I have been to counseling and have taken antidepressants but none of it worked. The only thing that has made a difference in me was the Ro Hun and ACIM (A Course In Miracles). I believe that it can help many like me if the funds were available. Anyway, something to think about. I am writing in support of Ro-Hun Therapy & related work I received from Ms. Antin. I became quite discouraged after graduating (from massage school) in August 1996. Things were not as easy as I had thought they would be, and I lost touch with everyone in my class. Since that time, I work long hours and really don’t come in contact with that many (other massage) therapists. I found it very difficult sometimes to motivate myself to work and often questioned my choice of professions. In hopes of creating a better reality for myself and my practice, a couple of months ago I received Ro-Hun (Therapy). It has really made a difference in my life and I have shared the valuable lessons in life that I learned with Ms. Antin with clients & friends. My outlook is much more positive and my stress coping strategies more effective. I would highly recommend this type of work to anyone having difficulties maintaining a constructive outlook.

My mom .... is a good, positive person like you. There are 3 of you I consider my spiritual gurus....you, my mother and my former vocal coach and cancer survivor, Kimberly. Very important people to me you are. I know that we spent such a small amount of time together, but life is full of those pebbles that send a lifetime of ripples you know. Okay ladies...hold on to the rails again, I am back and ready to give you all the details. Since so many of you were sooooo curious about the therapist I saw today, I figured I would pass this along. First of all, her name is Debra Susan Antin..she is just amazing and has this amazing healing energy and a great aura! Her web site is www.OYtoAH.com .She has written a book called "Truth Serum: Tools for Going from OY! to AH!" I loved her from the moment I saw her. She is just too cute and sweet. We did lots of meditation exercises and worked on my root chakra in depth. I was able to work on childhood issues like never before. Most therapists say "talk about it" but never prompt me to explore. I encourage you all to visit her web site and let her know that I told ya all about her. She is wonderful.

Dear Debbie. Not a day goes by without a thought of you. Having such a positive influence on my thinking is a gift of love that you have given...perhaps without realizing your impact. I reminisce, and remember vividly the sessions together at the pretty little office...I remember getting in touch with what I feel is the core, my core. I also remember not knowing exactly what "to do", because I am a "figure-it-out person"! You reassured me that all is well and that I was experiencing exactly what I needed to. That was the first: a very comfortable first look inside. The pattern, and level of trust that you established for me (or with me, I bet you'll say), stuck with me and is tapped each time I allow myself to go deeper places within... I touch my core beliefs with a sense of peace and acceptance...and with gentleness. In shifting my thinking, my feelings and then my actions are shifted. I am finding peaceful places and am feeling safe. Thank you for guiding me as you do. The love that you share goes to places universal, and is then shared again and again. The first time I talked to Meshoogie I had had a horrible day from hell at work- ugh i was sooooooooo mad and upset-- well we did visualizations and worked through it- and i felt so peaceful afterwards- she has a such a simple way of helping you see what your part in your situation is- and I'm soooooooooo thankful she was there for me- and helped me get rid of the stress and pain and anger and make peace-- we really got to the root of it- she's very focused and listens and really seeks to understand you-instead of advice or pushing her views on you- she's totally helpful- gently suggesting or working with your own ideas and suggestions- i.e.-working with what you have and who you are- it changed my outlook- that session did- and I'm leaving my job- I'm thankful for the peace and strength she helped me find in myself to make this choice- sooooooo thankful- Another session was about love and trusting in the universe to provide for me- and falling into relaxation knowing im safe and all is unfolding as it should- we had little hearts doing alllllllllllll the work for me- they're always there- I'm surrounded with love. I found your prayer for healing so helpful and wonderful to me. (I am dealing with a second bout of deep veinous thrombosis.) I printed it out so I could refer to it frequently. I took it with me to our ACIM2000 retreat and shared it with others as well. I would like to order & purchase your book for Linda…add another one…for me… I have found everything I have read by you…helpful. I am fighting with depression over this ongoing drama in which I find myself. The whole thing has been so discouraging that your prayer offered a sense of hope I have found nowhere else. I have been a student of A Course In Miracles for many years and am a licensed professional counselor and thought that I was somehow immune to this experience…It has occurred to me that I have been thrown flat on my back to get my attention so I will become more willing to “listen”. Yet I am hearing less than I did when I was up and about so I read your prayer and I am assured that God will reveal to me what I am to learn. The next line reassures me that not only will he do that, but will also guide me in what it is I am to do for perfect healing. The next line offers a different perception than the one I have had of anger, frustration, and hopelessness. It suggests that this experience can in fact be joyful with openings, blessings, and healings. I am beginning to experience some of that joy in a form I had never experienced. "The Power of Positive Thinking & Having Fun at Work" by / with Deb Antin: Comments/Feedback About Presentation & Presenter

To Whom It May Concern:

It is a well known fact that humor in the workplace is a valuable management tool contributing to employee morale and wellbeing. During my time as Director of Enrollment Management at Georgia Perimeter College, we have been most fortunate to have Debra Antin as an employee. In addition to the skills for her direct job responsibilities, she brought with her skills in the area of the power of positive thinking and motivating employees through fun at work.

For over two years Debra has put her skills to work in an additional voluntary job responsibility as the department "Fun Coordinator". In this capacity she has published a department newsletter, supplied employees with inspirational messages regarding kindness to others and the power of positive thinking, and managed a "fun board" including cartoons and pictures taken at employee functions. She has supplied new employees with a welcome kit including items such as a stress relief squeeze ball. One day she brought funny ties for everyone to wear as a visual reminder that a successful team has fun together while working. The candy jar that she started has become a regular office fixture, and employees take turns stocking the jar.

Each semester Debra has organized a special function for employees of the area. These functions have included a team spirit day, a post registration traumatic stress relief party, and a simulated beach party picnic. One day during a particularly stressful time of year, Debra organized a 15 minute "shredding go" session. Each employee wrote down a particular cause of built up stress and put it through he shredder to symbolize the letting go of built up stress and the positive impact that results from that action.

Debra's skills in motivating employees through fun have led to presentations at both Georgia Perimeter College and statewide professional organizations including Georgia Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers and Georgia Association of International Educators. These presentations resulted in very positive evaluations. We are most fortunate to have Debra on our employee team, and I am happy to recommend her as a resource on the power of positive thinking and having fun at work.

It is a genuine pleasure and honor for me to recommend Debra Antin. Debra worked with me in the District Admissions Department at Georgia Perimeter College for 3 years. As an Admissions Specialist and Motivational Coordinator she provides the department with excellent leadership and counseling skills.

An example of one of her many creative and unique workshops were titled, "The Power of Positive Thinking and having Fun at Work". She effectively demonstrated how specific techniques can be incorporated into the workplace to keep individuals motivated. This in turn would allow corporations to solidify positive team building relationships and produce effective communication.

During Ms. Antin's service with us I admired her for her many valuable qualities, and regard her with evermore respect. Very goal oriented as well as a team player, Ms. Antin is always punctual, yet easygoing. She is very much a people person and adaptable to all personalities.

Ms. Antin uses her expertise to develop workshops designed to improve teamwork. Her experience in developing specific workshops and programs has been successful and well received in the field of education. Her understanding of the corporate dynamic enables her to construct positive, meaningful communication and morale building exercises that encourage all involved to buy into a team building effort.

Ms. Antin demonstrated from the beginning that she understood what business is all about. She is extremely well organized. Almost without exception, she puts the customer first, feeling as I do that the key to good business is satisfied customers. I suppose doing well in business is easy if you are, as she is, driven in equal measure by both quality and efficiency.

I closing, let me say I have no hesitation in recommending Ms. Antin for any position pertaining to the coordination of a seminar or workshop within your company. I feel confident she would be an asset to your organization.
